Transformative Learning

As a part of our commitment to the growth and development of the Pastoral Supervision community, we are opening one of our training modules as an individual professional development opportunity.
This will be an online offering, available to those beginning the TP formation program, for those seeking a re-fresher experience of this redeveloped foundational module, and as a prerequisite for those seeking membership.
Learning is truly transformative when we enter into new experiences reflectively, exploring their impact on our relationships with ourselves, the other and our world.
This module brings our attention to the nuances of meaning present within all stages of learning, from what feels disorienting and unknown, to a deepening awareness, and trust in the supervisory process.
Each day is an experience of mutual learning, utilising personal reflections, introduction
to foundational and applied theories, and small group practice in supervision.
The cost structure for the two-day event is:
- TP Members: $250
- Non-members: $600 or $500 (Early Bird before September 12)
Jenni has been a supervisor for over 35 years, consultant and educator of supervisors for 15 years, facilitating groups and individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds, professional and pastoral vocations. Her background in Clinical Pastoral Education and theology, is enhanced by training in intersubjective self-psychology, creative arts and somatic modalities. She has been active on national and international pastoral and supervisory organizations, and professional standards committees, and has worked in parish, school and hospital settings. Jenni is passionate about nurturing transformational possibilities that can be realized in people who remain attentive to ongoing reflection on practice.
