Pastoral Supervisor Formation Program
Transforming Practices provides experiential learning and a close-knit environment of smaller groups to support your development and training in becoming a supervisor.
The ability to reflect is fundamental to good supervision. As you acquire customary supervisory skills, we enhance your capacity for thoughtful reflection. This increases your range of skills as a supervisor and distinguishes you in the field of Supervision.
We are very intentional in your formation as a supervisor with focused, lively, current and inspirational connections with others. We offer a spiritual format that is more than theoretical learning as reflective practice is integral to transformational learning engaging the individual in body, mind and spirit.
If you are new to the field of Supervision or are an experienced supervisor and wish to expand your practice and formation as a supervisor, then this training is for you.
