This is a face to face two day immersive workshop with international supervisor, trainer and author Dr Michael Paterson exploring the spirituality of supervision, its core principles and transformative dynamism.
This two day mini retreat will invite us to drop down into that contemplative space which lies at the heart of our calling, to look and listen to the One who looks back at us and calls us to go deeper. With input from Michael, time alone and in the good company of others, these days will offer both sabbath rest and food for the ongoing journey.

Dr Michael Paterson is a priest, psychotherapist and AAOS supervisor-trainer based in Scotland. He is the Founding Director of the Institute of Pastoral Supervision & Reflective Practice and runs training in Supervision in the UK, Ireland, Denmark, Malta and Australia.
